Commercial Property Solicitor
Bedfordshire – up to £40k DOE
Venn Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm for a driven Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team.
A reputable national firm is offering a fantastic opportunity to join them with a fast track career progression plan to achieve Partnership and quarterly pay reviews.
The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters; this includes acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, lease extensions and right to buys. In addition to maintaining relationships with clients they will also have the opportunity to engage in business development activities.
You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience of working as a Commercial Property Solicitor. The firm does offer a progression plan therefore the role will suit someone that is ambitious and keen to further their career. It is essential that you have excellent client care skills and technical ability including IT skills.
A salary of up to £40,000 is offered for this position however salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
