Assistant Legal Counsel (mat cover)

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Legal Counsel to join an international travel service provider on a maternity cover contract. This role would best suit a commercial lawyer 2-5 years PQE with previous experience in-house covering an international remit.

Reporting to the Legal Director you will be responsible for:

- drafting commercial agreements including sales, marketing, advertising and sponsorship contracts

- assisting with company secretarial duties

- advising on IP and trademark matters

- providing general support to the business and sales teams

You will be a qualified lawyer, 2+ years PQE ideally trained in a reputable firm with subsequent experience in-house as a Commercial Lawyer. Travel industry experience would be highly advantageous.
