I have an opportunity for a Paralegal who has a wealth of experience working in a Commercial Property team. Managing your own caseload you need to be able to work autonomously and confidently whilst maintaining a collaborative approach to your working style with the wider team.
You will be responsible for pre and post competition and will therefore have experience with the following:
- Opening new files
- Conducting searches
- Preparing files (SDLT forms, Land Registry applications)
- Preparing and drafting legal documents
- Coordinating and supporting Partners and other Fee-earners
- Updating and communicating with clients, internal and external stakeholders and other Solicitors
- Assisting with exchange
The ideal candidate:
- MUST have a minimum of 6 months experience working in a Commercial Property department
- LPC/LLB/GDL graduate with a minimum of a 2:2
- Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Proven experience working cases from start till finish
- Methodical and analytical approach to your work
