Commercial Property Solicitor

A large and successful North West law firm are looking to appoint a Commercial Property solicitor to join their growing department. The firm have offices throughout Lancashire and Greater Manchester and this role will be based at their Blackburn office.

The ideal candidate will be 1 - 3 years PQE with a broad range of experience in handling general commercial property matters to include Landlord and Tenant, Buying and Selling property and Commercial Leases. The solicitor would be assisting more senior solicitors and will also have their own caseload of Commercial Property matters in due course.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with an excellent reputation. The role offers an attractive package with a salary of between £35,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience.
