A role for a talented and skilled commercial litigator to join a respected and established mid tier commercial firm in Newcastle.
The role will join a buoyant Dispute Resolution team handling a range of contentious issues including contract and partnership disputes, landlord and tenant, large scale debt recovery, property litigation acting for a range of corporate clients including SME's, Plc's etc.
The role is likely to suit a solicitor / associate with a strong contentious background of no less than 5 PQE who is working in a corporate environment currently.
A skilled litigator with first rate technical ability is sought who is confident in delivering excellent client care and also building and maintain work relationships.
