A brand new opportunity for a talented conveyancing solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join an established Tyneside practice.
The role will involve working with another fee earner handling your own caseload of sales, purchase, right to buy, remortgage , transfer of equity matters from instruction to post completion, progressing the same using a case management system but with secretarial support.
The work is mainly private and its a profitable department with around 55 new instructions per month between two fee earners. There is also scope to do some commercial work mainly buying and selling of local businesses, leases etc with around 6-7 new instructions per month. The commercial work is not the main focus though as there is another member of the team that can deal with that.
Friendly and busy office. Partner is willing to consider a range of experience for this post.
