An amazing opportunity for a bright, talented and motivated real estate lawyer to join a global law firm. Its likely the successful individual will be 3-7pqe and have a proven track record of handling a real estate caseload but candidates with more experience will also be considered.
The role is expansionary and will enter at Associate or Senior Associate depending on PQE and will involve working closely with a lead real estate partner whose main specialism is development, retail and investment. Work source from the off from existing clients mainly consisting of public sector and development work.
Autonomy will be offered early on and genuine prospects for progression too.
The successful individual will ultimately play a lead role with a view to building a team around this person.
An enviable client list which involves some major London retailers.
Some travel to another branch office may be needed in the interim lead in period to assist with the transition.
