The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Paralegal to join their flourishing Watford Office, Essex.
The firm has a wealth of expertise in Property Litigation, Litigation is what the foundations of the firm were built on. You will deal with a broad range of work including; lease renewals, notices, rent reviews, service charge issues, dilapidation disputes, rent arrears, enfranchisement, boundary and covenant issues, obtaining possession, planning issues, judicial review, arbitration, adjudication of construction disputes, option/development agreements, professional negligence including valuation matters and estate agents' commission disputes.
Requirements
- You will be a Property Litigation Paralegal with at least 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
- You will have good technical knowledge, and be meticulousness with detail
- You will work as part of a highly-experienced team
- Good prospects for progression
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience,
