They were originally established in 1918 and for most of its lifetime was under a different name. The firm became a LLP in October 2008 and was re-branded and is now a well known and respected name.

The firm has two offices; the Head Office is in Kent and there is a branch office in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex. This is where the position is to be based.

All the fee earners spend time in both offices. They are happy to deal with clients by telephone and email so we are able to act for clients in any location.

Clients are provided with a fixed fee quote or a costs estimate at the beginning of every matter so there are no unpleasant surprises when they are invoiced.

The role...

The firm is looking for an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their lovely office in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex.

The ideal applicant will have experience assisting a busy team in a residential property department, fee earning experience would be beneficial but is not a requirement.

• You should have an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills are key
• Experience of working in professional services is to advantage
• Salary is dependent on experience, although the starting salary is up to £23k, plus an exceptional benefits package
