Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
My client are an award winning and leading Legal 100 firm based in the heart of Cheltenham. They are looking to recruit a highly motivated and ambitious litigator looking for the next step in their career and deal with a variety of complex disputes, locally, nationally or internationally.
You will be required to work across all areas of Commercial Litigation and will include Commercial and Contract Disputes, Professional Negligence, Property Litigation, IP and IT Disputes, Commercial Agents Claims, Company/Shareholder Disputes, Fraud and Banking Claims.
