This Leicestershire firm has a strong presence in Leicester as well as the surrounding areas with a number of offices strategically placed across the County. They have a strong Commercial presence and act for a large number of property developers, investors, housing associations, health providers and universities.
You will be taking over an established workload which is diverse, covering all areas of Commercial and Commercial Property to include buying and selling commercial properties; leases; acting for developer clients; option agreements; Joint Ventures; Planning matters; Acquisitions and Property Sales, setting up of companies, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, business exit planning, business sales/purchases etc.
