Spanish Due Diligence Project

SSQ is looking to speak to fluent Spanish speaking Lawyers and Paralegals who are available at short notice to join a prominent City law firm for an ongoing temporary project within the firm's Capital Markets practice.

We are keen to speak to both qualified Lawyers and Paralegals who have demonstrable transactional experience and a minimum of six months working within the corporate or finance department of a City law firm.

Ideal applicants will have prior experience of undertaking responsibilities such as due diligence, reviewing, commenting on and drafting financial documentation and legal research in both Spanish and English.

This project is due to commence early in the New Year and it is therefore essential that applicants are available at short notice.
