Industrial Disease Fee Earner / Industrial Disease Solicitor 

Salary: £25,000 to £40,000 + Strong OTE (Dependant on Experience) 
Position: Full Time & Permanent 
Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire (South Manchester)

Skills and Experiences Required:

• Experience handling Industrial Disease matters
• Litigation experience
• Experience handling matters from inception through to conclusion
• Proven experience in successfully handling litigation matters
• Experience working on fast track and multi-track matters
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
