Role: Residential Property Conveyancer

Location: West Sussex

Dates: March (10 month fixed contract

Rate: £35,000-£40,000 per annum (pro-rata)

The Role

Urgently seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer for a 10 month fixed term contract starting in March. The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will be assisting the property team in general but specifically providing cover during one conveyancer's maternity leave. As an existing caseload is present the successful Residential Property Conveyancer will to dealing with (but not limited to):

• Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties
• Remortgage, new builds, shared ownership and leases

• Handling busy and complex caseloads as well as dealing with demanding high net worth clients

With offices based across Sussex they have created a hold upon their market which stands testament to the quality of work provided.

Essential Experience

The successful Residential Property Conveyancer will be:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Licensed Conveyancer
• At least 2-3 years' experience dealing with a Conveyancing caseload
• A team player, with a drive to succeed
