Our client, an education company, are seeking to recruit an immigration lawyer to appoint a maternity cover.
You will be reporting into the Director of Compliance and assisting them with the day to day operations of the team, monitoring and managing policies and procedures, advising on Tier 4 student applications and overseeing the compliance training programme.
This is a broad role that covers compliance, immigration, and data protection. You will also help lead on the GDPR implementation project.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE and experience of immigration law. Exposure to data protection law is advantageous.
