Employment Solicitor

We have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor. 

We are looking for a number two in our employment team who will be an ambitious Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to come in at Senior Solicitor or Associate level, who is able to work independently within the team.  You will have strong business development and client care skills and an interest in developing this.  You will be used to giving pragmatic, practical and commercial advice to sophisticated clients.

You will be able to handle the full range of employment law with minimal supervision including:

• Non-contentious – employment contracts and policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, restructuring, redundancies and settlement agreements.
• Contentious – Tribunal cases and High Court litigation.
