We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitors.
We are looking for a Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE to lead and grow an existing team.
You will advise on the full range of contentious and non-contentious matters and will be experienced in both respondent and claimant work, including working with high net worth individuals and owner managed businesses. The ability to inspire trust and confidence in our clients is essential as is sound commercial judgement and technical accuracy.
You will also:
- Be a confident and successful business developer
- Have a network of referral sources
- Have experience of managing junior staff
- Be looking for partnership now or in the near future.
