Litigation Solicitor

Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting for a Litigation Solicitor on behalf of a specialist law firm based in Nottingham.

You will be handling your own caseload of predominantly Property Litigation files with some commercial and debt litigation as well. 

Your files will include;

• The recovery of service charge arrears
• Managing lease extensions
• Dealing with the right to manage files
• Resolving property disputes

You will be working with a wide range of clients including managing agents, landlords, leaseholders, freeholders, social landlords, directors and developers.

We are looking for candidates who are circa 5 PQE (however this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered) and who have experience of handling their own caseload of Property Litigation files.
