Legal Counsel

We are currently working with Europe’s leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services and solutions, in their search for a Commercial Lawyer on a 12 month FTC, based in their HQ in Hertfordshire.

The appointed Lawyer will assist the business  reviewing and drafting amendments to standard and bespoke contracts (customer and supplier facing) and NDA’s, drafting and negotiating managed services and outsourcing agreements (including TUPE), working across the business, including with senior management and account teams. The role will also focus on a number of GDPR related matters.

They are looking for a UK qualified solicitor, with upwards of 1 year PQE, ideally with experience of commercial and IT law in in in-house environment.  They are especially interested in candidates who have a background in compliance (in particular data protection and anti-bribery).

The role has an immediate start date.
