Data Gatherer - PPI

The Client

You will be working with an international consultancy firm with a well known banking institution.

The key responsibilities of the Data Gatherer are to:

 Collate data relevant to the scoped customer complaint.  
 Check steps required from instruction given
 Check relevant folders from robot requests and for any returns from 3rd parties
 Run all manual checks for data
 Ensure no gaps exist
 Check that end-to-end chain is complete and that no data is missing
 Ensure data is sufficient for Investigations and redress
