An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Cheltenham office our Top 50 client and become part of their highly regarded national and international real estate team.

Within the team, there is a full range of experts advising on the entire property asset life cycle from planning, investment and management advice to sale, redevelopment or onward sale and leaseback. With a broad remit they advise on everything from structuring and financing of property transactions, planning a development, advising on landlord/tenant issues and managing a property portfolio.

Enjoying continued growth and client success, they are now keen to recruit an ambitious Commercial Property lawyer to join their Cheltenham office. You will ideally be working for a top City firm with a broad range of commercial property experience and be looking to move out and enjoy the beauty of living in the Cotswolds
