SSQ has been instructed on an opportunity for an experienced CITMA (Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorney) Paralegal to join the London office of an esteemed International law firm.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing intellectual property team who are recognised in the Legal500 for their expertise. Successful applicants will be working on contentious and non-contentious matters and will be given a good level of responsibility to assist Associates and Partners.
Ideal applicants will have at least six months experience, which includes and is not limited to the following:
- How to trademark
- How to perform searches
- How to renew trademarks and know the associated deadlines
- The duties involved in maintaining existing trademarks
- The processes of changes of ownership
All applicants must hold a CITMA Paralegal membership.
