EL/PL Paralegal

EL/PL paralegal. A successful and nationally renowned Defendant Insurance practice based in Greater Manchester is seeking an additional EL/PL paralegal or litigation executive to join their market leading, dedicated Defendant team due to continued success in a vibrant market. Applicants from a claimant background will be considered. 
   
Due to continued success in a vibrant market they are seeking an additional EL/PL paralegal or litigation executive to join their market leading, dedicated Defendant team.  
 
You will be required to handle your own caseload of litigated fast track EL/PL matters. It is essential that you have experience in dealing with litigated RTA files (guideline 12 months minimum). You will have excellent organisational and time management skills and be confident in entering into telephone negotiations and attending telephone conferences and applications. You will deal with matters from commencement to conclusion and ensure that they are handled in a cost effective manner whilst always adhering to court directions.
