An opportunity has arisen for a clinical negligence paralegal looking to start a new challenge in North Devon.
 
This client is extremely busy in their clinical negligence department and are seeking a paralegal or part qualified legal executive to work alongside an established and reputed partner. 
 
Together you will work as a team on a variety of clinical negligence matters including birth injury cases, orthopaedic negligence, issues of mis-diagnosis and cosmetic surgery claims. You will handle work against NHS hospitals and GPs as well as international pharmaceutical and medical device companies.  
 
Your caseload will often involve very high value and complex matters. 
 
Ideally you should already be a paralegal or part qualified legal executive with a minimum one year clinical negligence experience.
