Residential conveyancing solicitor sought for the Dundee office of this top ranked Scottish Law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year pqe in residential conveyancing work. 
 
You will handle your own caseload of residential conveyancing files and perform tasks relating to the conveyancing process i.e. dealing with missives, title deeds, land registration, settlements, post settlements etc. You will report to clients on contract and title, as well as advising on borrowing on property.
