Planning lawyer 1 – 5 years’ PQE LEEDS

Rapidly growing Planning law department is looking to add a Planning Associate to its team of 1 to 5 years’ PQE. The team offers clients a full-spectrum of expertise and handles a range of complex mandates in the residential; commercial & infrastructure; and environmental and waste sectors, as well as contentious work. Specialising in large DCO and CPO projects and major commercial and residential schemes, the work will include advising on development consent orders, providing compulsory acquisition and strategic planning advice, reviewing environmental statements, assisting with project management and supporting the growing property practice in Leeds. This role offers an unrivalled opportunity to work on a wide range of premium level Planning work and is pivotal to supporting the team's continued success. Candidates will currently specialise in Planning law.
