My client is a leading, Legal 500 firm who are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer or CILEX-qualified Legal Executive or Legal Assistant for their award-winning Conveyancing team at their offices in the heart of Norwich. Salary competitive, up to £40,000 p/a dependent on experience.

With over 100 staff situated in offices across Norfolk and Suffolk, they have a prominent Residential Property department that is one of the largest in Norfolk.

THE ROLE:
Working alongside their diverse Property Partners, you will ideally have some experience in a range of Conveyancing. This role is suited to someone who is comfortable to work on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases with a very good understanding of the conveyancing process. Working within a highly-regarded regional practice, you will be able to demonstrate strong technical ability and in turn will be given exposure to an impressive and expanding client base.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of12 months' experience of working as a Residential Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Legal Assistant at an established law firm. Applications will be considered from candidates at both Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have residential conveyancing experience and can run your own case load with minimal supervision. Acting on your own initiative, you will be a personable, self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment and who is able to build new long-term business relationships, the focus being on outstanding client care.
