My client is a leading IT services and solutions company based in Hertfordshire, seeking to hire a junior technology and outsourcing Legal Advisor to join their successful legal team.
Your role will be to assist key business units as well as senior management on providing commercial legal advice and transactional support including:
- Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements directly with clients and suppliers
- Transacting outsourcing and managed services agreements
- Dealing with any TUPE issues that may arise
- Handling NDAs for the business
- Dealing with Data Protection and Anti-Bribery matters
- Identifying and highlighting areas of legal risk
It is expected that the ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' PQE, either from private practice or in-house, with training and grounding in technology, commercial contracts and data protection law. This role would also represent an excellent move for a confident technology and commercial solicitor, looking to make their first move in-house and who is available to start in March.
