This leading wealth manager is looking for a structured finance lawyer to join the Transaction Management Group of their Corporate Trust business. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating highly complex documentation, advising on deals from inception/structuring to closing.
You will have trained and qualified at a Top City Firm and have solid experience in Debt Capital Markets, ideally Securitisation products such as ABSs, Conduits, CDOs/CLOs, repacks. We would consider non-qualified lawyers (Transaction Managers) who have direct Corporate Trust experience.
Italian speakers or Italian qualified lawyers would be a plus.
