A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious commercial lawyer to join a major UK media/entertainment broadcaster in London for a three month interim contract.
Reporting into the Senior Legal Counsel, your responsibilities will be to advise all areas of the business on:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including licences, artist agreements, advertising, marketing and sponsorship and IT agreements
- Supporting the organisations Festival Team
- Supporting with the management of their trade mark portfolio
- Dealing with ad hoc legal queries across the business
I am keen to speak with qualified Solicitors that have a strong commercial and IP skillset. In-house experience within the media sector is preferred but not required. You will ideally have between 2-4 years PQE. You must be able to work within a small team and be able to work collaboratively both internally and externally.
