Fantastic role for a candidate with strong arbitration or litigation experience
Given that it is a US firm, they need a paralegal to liaise with their US offices, and given the time difference, ask for the successful candidate to work 5pm-11pm - but their may be regular overtime

Our client is a US law firm - as the Evening Paralegal in International Arbitration you would be working in their London office
Description
To provide professional support to the legal teams by taking over work from daytime paralegal staff, to be completed during contracted evening hours, and assisting on legal case matters as and when required.
- Supporting the legal teams with a range of administrative tasks, including indexing documents, cite-checking and proofreading documents.
- Creating document bundles in hard copy and electronic format.
- Dealing with out-of-hours requests from lawyers based in other offices.
- Undertaking various tasks using e-discovery platforms.
- Liaising with external vendors out of hours.
- Hand delivery of materials to other London-based firms.
- Attend to reprographics duties i. printing, scanning, copying assignments.
- Any other reasonable duty in line with the level of the role as required.
Profile
Essential Skills that the Evening Paralegal in International Arbitration MUST have:
- Prior experience working in an international arbitration or litigation practice in a Paralegal role.

- Ability to manage competing deadlines and expectations.
- Professional approach and an ability to represent the Firm to external clients.

- Prioritise and plan work effectively to meet the expectations of internal and external clients.
- High level of attention to detail to produce accurate and error-free work.
- Willingness to work extended hours during busy periods and to travel on Firm business where required.

The Evening Paralegal in International Arbitration £38,000 + overtime
