Private Client Solicitor / Litigation Executive - Bedford

My client is a progressive regional firm based in Bedford specialising in Private Client work with an excellent reputation and a strong client base in the area. The firm is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to handle a mixed case load of private client matters in their Bedford office. The firm promotes a collaborative friendly working environment and ambitious, dedicated candidates can expect opportunities to progress quickly.

The Private Client work will vary and include wills and probate, trusts, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, tax planning, complicated trust, and some HNW planning. The Private Client team in Bedford has a wide variety and established client base that include mid-level and high net worth individuals. Training on specialist areas will be provided however a background in general private client work ideal.

The successful candidate will be a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with circa 2 years + experience and ideally based in the Bedford area. Training and development can be provided to suitable candidates who are looking to progress their careers with this growing firm. You must be a an excellent communicator and team player with a real client focus. COURT OF PROTECTION EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY DESIREABLE.
