Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive - Dorking, Surrey or Benfleet, Essex.

A legal 500 firm based in Dorking, Surrey and Benfleet, Essex is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to take on full responsibility for their own case load, although support will always be available. You will have experience in Freehold Sales and Purchases, Leaseholds and any other experience such as Staircasing, Part Ownership, New Builds, Right to Buy, Re-mortgages and Transfer of Equity is highly desirable.
