Locum Property Solicitor

Our client, a multi-office high street practice in Essex require a locum Property Solicitor. The role is due to start shortly and will likely last for a minimum of 2 weeks in duration. The role is predominantly residential property focussed but there is a light commercial property element as well.

Applicants should have experience in handling both Residential Property and Commercial Property caseloads covering freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, leases and lease extensions, shared ownership and help to buy matters.

There is secretarial support available but the firm do not use a case management system.

The successful locum will be client focused and capable of working without supervision.

There will be competitive hourly rates, potential re-bookings and parking on offer for the successful locum.
