My Client, a leading global asset management firm is seeking a junior lawyer to join their team based in London/Henley.
The successful candidate will be supporting the EMEA Institutional Legal Team with draft and execution of contracts as well as projects relating to the Institutional Distribution Business in EMEA. You will be assisting with the resolution of regulatory matters, corporate initiatives, draft and comment on contracts and agreements, processes, policies and any other legal work related to the business. Additionally, you will be tasked with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and advise on ad-hoc queries.
The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified lawyer having trained either in-house or in Private Practice. Experience in the financial services space would be beneficial however is not a prerequisite for this role. You will have experience in common law as well as the continental legal system with German language skills.
