Residential Conveyancer

A skilled Residential Conveyancer is required to join a well-established, regional law firm on the outskirts of Nottingham. You must be able to run a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload and ideally be able to take on administrative requirements for lender panels and the CQS.

The Role:
-Joining a growing and expanding Residential Conveyancing department, there will be lots of work available for you to pick up.
-You will run your own varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing files, covering both freehold nd leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, buy to let and transfer of equity files.
-It would be ideal if you could also take on administrative requirements for lender panels and the CQS.
-With high rates of client satisfaction, you will put your client at the forefront of your work and liaise closely with them.

The Candidate:
-In order to be considered, you must have a strong track record of running Residential Conveyancing files from start to completion under minimum supervision.
-Your application would stand out even further if you had experience of development work.
-You must have strong levels of client care and be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
