Currently undergoing a period of growth, they are seeking to add to their team an experienced Commercial/Property Litigator for the Milton Keynes office.

The Role
A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial/Property Litigator has now arisen in Milton Keynes. With a minimum of three years PQE, you will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who is comfortable handling a diverse and complex caseload under minimum supervision. Your duties may include: shareholder and partnership disputes; professional negligence; defamation and disrepair; insolvency and restructuring; landlord and tenant matters; adverse possession; trespass; enforcement of leasehold covenants and; forfeiture.

A hands-on role, the successful Litigator will be able to supervise junior team members of the team alongside demonstrating excellent client and communication skills. The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years PQE;
Expertise in Commercial Litigation and Property Litigation is essential;
Candidates with a client following would be advantageous to the role;
Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
Ability to supervise junior members of the team is desirable;
Actively participate in the business development and networking initiatives.
