Your new role
A newly created Paralegal position, reporting into Senior Counsel, as part of a team of five. This is a permanent position offering excellent training, support and the chance to get involved in varying projects across the wider business. You will draft commercial agreements (including franchising, supply and management agreements) from scratch and manage the contracts templates and precedents portfolio. Further, you will support in due diligence investigations and global corporate projects, update internal databases and complete weekly legal reports. As a team player, you will look to add value across the legal function wherever possible.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Paralegal with at least two years' experience in a commercial environment. You will have completed the Legal Practice Course and have achieved strong academics. You will have demonstrable experience with commercial agreements and ideally have worked in an in-house environment. You will be organised and a strong communicator with a team mentality and the ability to work to strict deadlines. You will be a personable individual able to maintain relationships across a business and ready to use your initiative to add value.
