Commercial Property Lawyer

An award winning law firm with a national reputation, our client is a multi-disciplinary practice in Huddersfield who are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated commercial property lawyer to join a long established, forward thinking firm at a time of exciting expansion. The successful candidate will be 1-3 years PQE, have a varied workload with one of the key objectives being to assist the development and growth of the current function. The commercial property department handles a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including:

. Sale and purchase of freehold retail and industrial units
. Landlord and Tenant
. Site assembly
. Residential development
. Sale and purchase of small businesses

Your responsibilities will include:

. Day to day handling of commercial property
. Conduct of matters on behalf of clients
. Supporting the team leader
. Participation in marketing activities
. Financial control

The salary for this role will be dependent/negotiable on experience
