Residential Conveyancing Head of Department

A rare opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join the team at offices in North Manchester to not only run a busy caseload in the full remit of Residential Conveyancing matters but also with a view to ultimately headhing the team and continuing to drive the department forward.

The ideal candidate will be at least 5 PQE (or equivalent) with a strong background in residential conveyancing including experience in sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownerships, help to buy and right to buy. As well as being technically adept, the successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be interested and skilled in marketing a department, bringing in new business and in managing a team.
