About the Legal Counsel role:
This is a great opportunity for a junior fund lawyer to join a boutique firm in Mayfair. You will be working directly with the General Counsel on a wide range of work from investment related matters to more general commercial issues relating to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-going asset management matters including distributions, board meetings and reviewing existing documentation;
- Provide advice on terms sheets and investment structure where necessary;
- Management of external legal counsel;
- Deal with the company's day to day operations with a primary focus on supporting the investment team.
Your key skills:
As the Legal Counsel, you will be a qualified lawyer with experience in, or an interest in investment management and general commercial matters in relation to the investment team.
You should be comfortable dealing with senior members of the business and comfortable working on a broad range of legal issues.
