The Role
We are now seeking a dynamic and motivated Employment Solicitor to join our clients’ thriving practice in north London. The role covers a varied and diverse caseload of non-contentious employment contracts and policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, restructuring, redundancies and settlement agreements as well as handling some contentious work including tribunal cases and High Court litigation matters. The ideal Solicitor will be highly client focused with a keen aptitude for business development and marketing activities.
The Candidate
Applications welcomed from Employment Solicitors with at least five years PQE to come in at Senior Solicitor or Associate level;
Possess strong business development and client care skills;
Personable with a professional manner able to work towards tight deadlines;
Excellent IT skills are essential.
