Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating investment management and advisory agreements and assisting with client on-boarding
  • Negotiating distribution, platform and rebate agreements and assisting with the implementation of those arrangements
  • Supporting the firm's Irish UCITS in conjunction with its Product team and external fund counsel
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries relating to the above matters
  • Working closely with key stakeholders in the business and with external counsel.

About you:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, with a current Practising Certificate
  • Relevant experience of negotiating IMAs, advisory agreements, distribution/platform agreements
  • Experience of dealing with UCITS funds (preferably Irish UCITS)
  • At least 1-4 years PQE
  • Resilient and robust
  • Have an ability to juggle a range of competing priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness.
