Opportunity at a Fintech Company (6+ months) – up to £750 Daily Rate

International entrepreneurial FinTech company is seeking a sole counsel to start over the next few weeks to focus on the company’s operations in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.   

This is a broad role for a regulatory, corporate and commercial generalist. The position is a key legal role, providing general commercial, regulatory and corporate legal advice in multiple jurisdictions and demands creative and practical answers. In addition, the post-holder will assist with mergers and acquisitions, new product development, employment and technology issues. This role requires a strong individual who can build successful relationships within a functional business and legal organisation. The ability to effectively determine, leverage and manage internal resources, along with the ability to engage and partner successfully with company management, in house and external counsel is imperative. The role may also entail management responsibility of direct reports within the legal department.
