A vacancy has now arisen for a legal executive or solicitor with experience in commercial property to join the commercial property team in the Wisbech office. The Role
You will be looking to advance your career with a top-tier firm which offers a comprehensive range of challenging commercial property work. This includes the occupation of new premises, leases and freehold acquisitions, property development, investment and secured lending. The team is also regularly called upon to advise on statutory requirements, such as environmental regulations or planning law.
The Candidate
You should have good IT and drafting skills and be familiar with using case management systems. With solid commercial property experience and 1 year+ PQE, preferably gained with a reputable regional heavyweight or City firm, you will be ambitious for yourself and looking to increase your own reputation and that of the firm through proactive marketing and business development initiatives.
