We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist firm with over 20 years' experience and strong ties to the South Yorkshire location, for an MOJ Portal Fee Earner to join their Sheffield office.
The firm have expert knowledge within Personal Injury and thus successful applicants are anticipated to have a minimum of 2 years experience in Personal Injury claims - EL/PL is preferable. All applications with relevant experience will be considered, however. Practical experience of the MOJ Portal Stage 3 claims process is desirable to an application. Experience from Inception to Settlement is again desirable.
The role will typically involve (but will not be limited to): ensuring third party details have been obtained, review and collate schedule of loss, manage the medical process, ensure clients attend medical appointments, complete and submit the Stage 1 CNF, regularly check the portal, and to legally vet new leads.
The role will entail handling an RTA caseload of approximately 150 files from inception through to, and including, Stage 3 with minimal supervision.
