An innovative global law firm is recruiting an Associate to join its ranked Structured Debt & Capital Markets team based in London.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with some of the world's largest corporates, financial institutions, funds and associated advisers. You will form part of a dynamic team who will encourage you to reach your potential.
You will gain invaluable securitisation and debt capital experience, working on a broad range of transactions, including distressed portfolio acquisitions, asset-based financings, stand-alone bond issues and loan work-outs.
The opportunity offers a superb remuneration package (of up to £115,000 base salary, depending on experience).
The firm will also consider quality common law qualified lawyers, including from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, with securitisation and/or debt capital markets experience.
