Legal Technical Specialist (Conveyancing)

Clayton Legal has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Technical Specialist to join one of the UKs leading and most successful Conveyancing specialists at their Manchester based office. This client also offers the opportunity for flexible hours and the chance to work from home as you will not take responsibility for your own caseload.

We are in need of somebody with an extensive background in Conveyancing as this role will require you to check and produce legal documentation with speed and accuracy to provide a streamline and accurate customer experience.

The role

Check and produce legal documentation with speed and accuracy

Utilise your extensive experience and knowledge of residential conveyancing

Work well within a team and communicate clearly

Act independently when establishing priorities and managing deadlines

Be able to run a high caseload and perform a full range of tasks unsupervised

Assist team members with technical / complex queries as and when required

Assess risk and make commercial decisions without jeopardising the client or business Provide excellent customer service and client satisfaction and assist and organise the team to ensure targets are met.

What you will need to apply

Candidates will have in depth legal and technical knowledge and a strong background in Conveyancing. You will be well presented, professional and approachable with the ability to multitask. An excellent eye for detail is essential to this role and you will be able to identify potential issues and deal with them quickly and accurately. In addition you will have excellent mathematical skills and strong IT skills will be key.
