Role: Private Family Solicitor (Potential Fixed Term Contract)
Location: West Sussex
Dates: ASAP, Ongoing contract (3 days per week)
The Role
Urgently seeking a Private Family Solicitor for a long term locum role based in West Sussex. The successful Locum Private Family Solicitor will be handling a caseload of Private family matters including divorce proceedings, pre-nuptial agreements and consent orders.
Essential Experience
Applicants for this Private Family role should have experience dealing with all aspects of Private Family Law as well as having a general legal knowledge
Desirable Experience
Experience using case management systems is desirable but not necessary.
