The Role
An opportune position has arisen for a Residential and Commercial Conveyancer to join a thriving law firm, with excellent career progression opportunities. Managing a complex caseload, the successful Residential and Commercial Conveyancer will take on a varied work load handling a high volume of transactions; conducting searches and investigations; sales and purchase procedures; lease and tenancy agreements; property development; transfers of equity; liaising with clients and; third parties. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years post qualification.
You will have solid background in Residential Conveyancing matters.
You must have effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
You must be personable with excellent client care skills.
You will have meticulous attention to detail.
You will be IT literate.
